If you are unhappy with your purchase, AMITED will be pleased to accept items for return or exchange that fall under the company’s requirements. If you have any questions and need further assistance, feel free to contact us at customerservice@amited.com.
Please read the following requirements for returns and exchanges. If you just need to know how to handle your return, please skip to the next section.
OUR RETURN POLICY
AMITED will only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date will not be accepted.
Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please note: If returning an order in full, the sample with purchase must also be returned. Otherwise, a deduction of $10 will be taken from the refund.
Products damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for refund or exchange. Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report. AMITED will then determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for return based on the information you provide.
Only products purchased at amited.com are eligible for returns. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. For orders placed using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued with the same expiration date as the original, assuming it has not expired.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
Sale items, special orders, engraved or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that AMITED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages.
FAULTY GOODS
Any items delivered to you that are broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our online customer service at customerservice@amited.com, and we will assist you with the process, including providing a courtesy return label.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN (US ORDERS)
Please read all requirements stated above regarding returns and exchanges.
Contact us via email at customerservice@amited.com or through Live Chat to initiate the return process. You will need to provide photos of the package, and once we confirm the product is unopened/unused, we will send you a return label.
Kindly pack the items carefully back into the original packaging (including outer delivery box) with sufficient packing material to prevent breakage.
Once the return has been shipped, please contact us again via email or Live Chat with your name, order number, reason for return, and tracking number of the return shipment.

Once the item is received at our warehouse and passes Quality Control review, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Please allow 4–8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
